I own a home in Woodland Hills, California, it would be considered a luxury home but much needed remodeling. I knew I was going to use hardwood floors as me & my wife both agreed it would look elegant. After talking to a couple of well known Southern California hardwood floor experts I still wasn't convinced we were talking to the right people. Then, after consulting my cousin, an interior designer in the Upper West Side, New York, she mentioned a company named Artisen that she'd seen their work firsthand, saying they were very well renowned experts in all aspects of wood floors. I was really interested in Dinesen, a European luxury wood floor manufacturer. And, come to find out Artisen was one of a very few certified Dinesen wood floor installers. After scheduling an extensive Skype meeting with the Artisen staff I felt like I had the right organization to complete my project. They gave us fantastic help in picking the right planks for our house, assisted in ordering them and gave us a thorough run down of the entire process of when the floors would arrive, how they'd be staged and a timeline (that they adhered to) for a completed installation. Because Artisen does installations nationally and internationally, we were able to coordinate a time for the install. From the time they arrived here in California from NYC, they worked in a very organized manner to complete the job. The end product was absolutely gorgeous! Our extra wide planks receive great comments from house guests, we couldn't be more happier. As someone also in the construction installation business I admire the level of professionalism and coordination that Artisen exhibited. I highly recommend them, they are worth every penny we spent.

They installed wide plank White Oak flooring ( https://www.dinesen.com/en/contact/) and provided a custom white-washed finish cured with Ultraviolet light that is extremely durable and looks fantastic.
